Comments:
- Seems like a summary of some current trends, especially in the minds of the radical left
- What about people who disagree with the radical left? The Utopian paradox.
- Why a wealth cap instead of progressive taxation?
- Something fishy here - why "wealth" at all?
- Fashionable hostility to the banks reflects a misunderstanding of money itself.
- It seems like the community bank is replacing credit with open-hearted generosity.
- Virtuous farm work smells of Pol Pot. I prefer robots and air-conditioned tractors. Are we really going back to 17th-century Ireland? Have we done the math? Will carbon-free agriculture actually feed people?
- Sorry, not everything can be recycled. It's hard to imagine a path from our current efforts to 100% recycling. Also, there is that pesky 2nd law of thermodynamics.
- To me, recycling is a form of hand-waving that assumes that a whole host of problems will magically vanish
